The David Thompson Astronomical Observatory – Your Pathway to the Stars!
Comets, Meteors and Asteroids Comets, meteors and asteroids have been travelling within our solar system for millenia. Recently we have discovered that some of these objects have come from outside our solar system entirely. The prospects of amazing amounts of natural resources found within these objects have driven us to learn more about them and one day harvest them for humankind's benefit.
