She first appeared as a figure glimpsed in dreams. A whisper in the night...  No one knows her name, or where she came from, but all those who hear her haunting song fall under her sway. All those who follow her into the shadows will forever become part of her nightmares. Once she finds you, you will learn what true terror is… There is no escape…  Are you afraid?  You should be. Enter a place of monsters and madness.

$150 per Tour Group (up to 10 people per tour group) / $15 per person.

  • The entire tour group of 10 tickets must be purchased.
  • Tickets are reserved by tour group which accommodates up to 10 people. Reservations are required for Haunted Fort Night.
  • Haunted Fort Night is recommended for people ages 12+.

New – Contactless Tickets

  • FWHP is going contactless and will not be issuing physical tickets. There will be no ticket pick-up at the Visitor Centre.

Haunted Fort Night utilizes strobe lights, loud noises, fog machines, tight spaces, uneven flooring and in some situations, visitors may experience total darkness.

Please be advised that people who suffer from heart conditions, high blood pressure, asthma, seizures, light sensitivity, claustrophobia, women who are pregnant, and/or people with any other health conditions may not be compatible with these special effects. If you have concerns, please check with your health care provider prior to purchasing tickets.


Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour time.
Late arrivals cannot be accommodated or rescheduled.

  • Tours will leave at their scheduled times to accommodate all tour groups.
  • All contact information for each member of a tour group must be received prior to the start of the tour.
  • Tours are approximately 1-hour with no intermission or restroom breaks. Please prepare accordingly.
  • Late arrivals will not be allowed to join a tour already in progress.
  • There will be no refunds or exchanges.

Fort William Historical Park is located at 1350 King Road, Thunder Bay.

Cyclists are welcome; bike racks are available.

What to Bring

  • Masks or facial coverings will be required for indoor tour locations.
  • Weather appropriate clothing. This is an all-weather program and takes place indoors and outdoors.

Food & Beverage

  • Food and beverage services will not be offered.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed.


Due to COVID-19 limitations, volunteers will not be recruited for 2020. We hope to see you again in 2021!

Rules and Regulations

Fort William Historical Park has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Any patron found to be in contravention with the rules and regulations will be dealt with accordingly.

  • No late arrivals will be accepted or rescheduled. Tours must run at scheduled times to accommodate all tour groups.
  • FWHP has the right to refuse entrance to anyone.
  • Pets are not allowed at this program.
  • Cell phones or flashlights are not allowed.
  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • This program is a go in all weather conditions.
  • There are no rain dates.
