Fort William Historical Park Provides:

Lost & Found

If you should happen to lose your wallet, passport, camera, or any other item, please check the Lost & Found in the admissions area of the Visitor Centre. If your item hasn't been returned, you can fill out a report describing your article and listing your contact information. If your article is found, the Fort will get in touch with you to return your item. Lost & Found Reports can be filled out online and e-mailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. General Emergencies

The Fort is equipped to handle emergencies large and small. If you are in an accident, mishap, or need any kind of assistance, please ask for help from the nearest Fort staff member. While you are visiting Fort William Historical Park and North Western Ontario, you can dial 911 or *OPP on your cell phone to reach fire, ambulance, and police emergency services.
