French-Canadian Feast

March 20, 2026

6 p.m. Symposium

7 p.m. Dinner

Welcome to our French‑Canadian Feast, an evening dedicated to celebrating the rich culture, traditions and flavours of la belle province. French‑Canadian cuisine has deep roots in our history, shaped by early settlers who blended Old World recipes with New World ingredients and regional influences to create unique traditions that have endured for generations. Join us as we gather to enjoy classic French‑Canadian dishes, warm hospitality and a cultural experience that honour the stories, spirit and culinary heritage of French‑speaking communities across Canada.
