We can provide programming for smaller groups, but we do require a minimum fee equal to the value of 15 paid participants.

Teachers receive complimentary admission for daytime programs. We welcome one (1) adult chaperone for each paid student admission. Adult chaperones receive complimentary admission for daytime programs. Extra adult chaperones will be charged the singe admission rate for the program they are attending. Teachers and chaperones are expected to assist Fort William Historical Park staff with group management.

Yes; when you purchase one education program, the second education program is half-price. Both programs must take place on the same day.

A 20% deposit is requested at the time of booking. Outstanding fees are due upon arrival for your program and can be made at the Admissions counter inside the Visitor Centre. We accept Cash, Debit, VISA, MasterCard and cheques payable to the “Minister of Finance.”

Program cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the first day of the program will be refunded in full when requested in writing, or 50% within 4 to 14 days. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the program.

Please dress for the weather and the outdoors, and leave your valuables at home. Students may bring their own bag lunches. If you plan to have your lunch break at the Fort William Historical Park, please contact us, prior to your arrival to make arrangements.

Selected programs are available for in-class presentation. Our facilitators can help your students explore the past through artifacts, stories and activities in the classroom.
